1. OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy of the property may never be exceeded.
2. NO EVENTS/PARTIES: No parties, events, film production, business activity, solicitation, loud music, loud sounds, nuisance activity, or illegal activity is permitted on the premises. Failure to abide will result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM local time. No loud music or sounds are allowed at any time. This noise ordinances applies to all vacation rentals in Scottsdale. Failure to abide will result in fines of up to $2,500.00 that you will be held liable for. Please enjoy your time but be mindful of the community
4. NO SMOKING: The property is strictly non-smoking. Failure to abide will result in fines of up to $2,500.00. Please smoke outside with the windows and doors shut. Please discard of cigarettes in ash tray.
5. NO PETS: The property is strictly no pets.
6. PARKING: Parking is only permitted in the driveway. Parking elsewhere may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense. No parking of trailers, RVs, or 8+ passenger vehicles is permitted.
7. If applicable: All indoor/outdoor fireplaces and barbecues may not be left unattended if on. Indoor/outdoor fireplaces may be disabled during summer months and during "no burn" days per county notice.

8. FIRE ALARMS: Please notify us if a fire alarm battery goes out and we will send a repairperson to change the battery

9. Additional house rules not listed here may apply.

Pool/Spa Care: During your stay it is your responsibility to ensure that the water remain safe and clear. You must report any issues with the pool filtration system immediately. Do not enter the water if it is cloudy, foul smelling, or discolored. If you have sensitive or delicate skin, it is not advised that you use the pool/spa.

1. Never leave children or individuals whom cannot swim alone in the backyard. There must be a sober supervising adult outside all times when children or individuals whom cannot swim are in the backyard. Failure to do so may result in death. Keep all doors leading to the outside locked during your stay.
2. No diving into the pool/spa is permitted. No running around the pool/spa is permitted. No glassware in or around the pool/spa is permitted.
3. Always shower before and after using the pool/spa.
4. Use the least amount of lotion/makeup as possible. Certain known chemicals can change the water chemistry
5. Do not use the pool/spa if you are sick, have wound, or skin rash. Doing so may infect others in your group.
6. Intoxicated individuals may not use the pool/spa.
7. Contact your primary care physician prior to using a spa/hot tub. There are known health risks when using a spa. Do not use the spa for longer than 15 minutes.
8. Children are not permitted to use the spa.
9. Please observe your children in the pool and prevent any ‘accidents’ from occurring in the pool. Failure to do so, may result in the water becoming unsanitary.
10. If you are uncomfortable with monitoring the water safety, you may request additional pool cleaning during your stay for an additional fee. Please inquire through the support form if you are interested.

IF APPLICABLE / PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE POOL VACUUM OR SET IT OUT FROM UNDER THE WATER. DOING SO WILL CAUSE COSTLY DAMAGE TO THE FILTRATION SYSTEM THAT YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE. PLEASE INFORM YOUR GROUP.

Be cautious of scorpions, black widows, and rattle snakes while in Arizona.

If you are bitten, do not panic. Contact 911 or call poison control. Children and the elderly are most at risk.

Helpful Tips:

• Always check the inside of your shoes before putting them on.
• Never disturb wildlife.

In the event that you spot wildlife on the property, please inform us. If required, a specialist will be out as soon as possible to remove the wildlife.
