1. OCCUPANCY: You may not exceed the property's maximum occupancy/visitors at any time during your stay. 
2. NO EVENTS/PARTIES: Per state law, all Arizona vacation rentals must abide or face hefty fines. The following are strictly prohibited uses of the property: hosting parties, hosting events, film production, business activity, solicitation, loud music, loud sounds, nuisance activity, or illegal activity. Failure to abide will result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM local time. No loud music or sounds are allowed at any time. This noise ordinance applies to all vacation rentals in Scottsdale. Failure to abide will result in fines of up to $2,500.00 that you will be held liable. Please enjoy your time but be mindful of the community. 
4. NO SMOKING: The property is strictly non-smoking. Failure to abide will result in fines of up to $2,500.00. Please smoke outside with the windows and doors shut. Please discard of cigarettes in the ashtray.
5. NO PETS: The property is strictly no pets.
6. PARKING: You may park in the driveway or garage. If you park elsewhere, the City or HOA may tow your vehicle at your expense. No parking of trailers, RVs, or 8+ passenger vehicles is permitted.
7. FIREPLACES/BBQS (If applicable): All indoor/outdoor fireplaces and barbecues may not be left unattended if ON. Indoor/outdoor fireplaces may be disabled during summer months and during "no burn" days per county notice.
8. FIRE ALARMS: Please notify us if a fire alarm battery goes out, and we will send a repairperson to change the battery
9. Additional house rules not listed here may apply.

Pool Care: During your stay, it is your responsibility to ensure that the water remains safe and clean. You must report any issues with the pool filtration system immediately. Do not enter the water if it is cloudy, foul-smelling, or discolored. If you have sensitive or delicate skin, it is not advisable to use the pool.

1. Never leave children, individuals who cannot swim, or intoxicated individuals alone in the backyard. There must be a sober supervising adult outside when children, individuals who cannot swim, or intoxicated individuals are in the backyard. Failure to do so may result in death. Please keep all doors leading to the outside locked during your stay.
2. Divining, running, or horseplay in or around the pool is strictly prohibited. All floors are slippery when wet. 
3. Glassware is not allowed in the pool or pool area.
4. Always shower before and after using the pool.
5. Use the least amount of lotion/makeup as possible. Certain chemicals can alter the water chemistry.
6. Do not use the pool if you are sick, have a wound, or a skin rash. Doing so may infect others in your group.
7. Intoxicated individuals may not use the pool.
8. Please observe your children in the pool and help prevent any ‘accidents’ from occurring. Failure to do so may result in the water becoming unsanitary.
9. If you are uncomfortable monitoring the water quality and water safety, you may request additional pool cleaning during your stay for an additional fee. Please inquire through the support form if you are interested.

Please be advised; you are in Arizona, where wildlife exists.

Be cautious of scorpions, black widows, and rattlesnakes while in Arizona.

If bitten, do not panic. Contact 911 or call poison control. Children and the elderly are most at risk.

Helpful Tips:

• Always check the inside of your shoes before putting them on.
• Never disturb wildlife.

If you spot wildlife on the property, please inform support. If required, a specialist will be out as soon as possible to remove the animal or pest.
