We do not monitor your online activity. However, the Service Provider does. Please do not illegally download copyrighted material. Please do not conduct illegal activity online. Failure to abide will result in consequences to the primary guest. You are responsible for your group.

Trash Pickup

Trash: Early Wednesday AM 
Recycle: Early Friday AM

  • Please pull the bin(s) to the curb the night BEFORE pickup. (Please be sure bins are at least 6 feet apart for pickup).
  • Please pull the bin(s) back by nightfall on the pickup day. Avoid hefty HOA and City tickets.
  • AVOID A TRASH HAUL FEE: Failure to pull the bins out on their pickup day, will result in a trash haul fee ($75/haul to remove all the trash from the premises). Please be cognizant of the importance of the trash pickup - THANK YOU!

Pool Cleaning

  • Pool Service
    (*Tuesday): The pool is serviced (1) per week, by Gustavo with Kangaroo Pools. If you would like additional pool cleanings during your stay, please inquire for pricing. *Service day is subject to change without notice.

The pool and spa are professionally cleaned and tested (ONCE) a week. There is a pool net on-site for you to use to remove any debris in-between cleanings. Dust storms and wind may occur right after the pool has been professionally cleaned. If you would like additional pool cleanings during your stay, please inquire for pricing.

Please do not interrupt these essential services. They are required to help keep the property in the best condition possible.

Landscapers

  • Landscape Service
    The yard is professionally serviced biweekly by Jose (Blue Agave). Jose's team will be on the property (back/front) for about an hour.

The property is professionally landscaped (TWICE) a month. Landscapers will need access to the front and backyard. Schedule will vary. Dust storms and wind may occur right after the yard has been professionally cleaned. If you would like additional landscape services, please inquire for pricing.

Please do not interrupt these essential services. They are required to help keep the property in the best condition possible.

amenity operations

Due to an excessively dry 2020. The county has issued (no burn) days for the summer. The fireplace and fire pit have been disabled. Please respect this safety precaution in our extremely arid climate and extreme heat during summer.
